Is it normal that i get chills whenever someone rubs their hands together?

Whenever someone rubs their hands together or wipes them at his/her jeans, or a chalk board for example, I get chills.

When I do it myself my hands get tingly and I feel the need to wash them or touch something smooth like leather or my own skin (usually I just squeeze fists until the tingling goes away). Is that normal?

I get chills when a certain kind of plastic gets rubbed together. I have these bowls at my house that I threw away because I could stand the sound of eating and my spoon or fork scraping against the bottom of the bowl.
