Is it normal that i get a blotchy pink rash up my inner thighs after orgasming?

Whenever I have an orgasm whilst self-pleasuring, afterwards I have what I've heard described online as "orgasm rash," or a painless pink blotchiness of the skin. Most females apparently get it on their chests or torso, but mine appears on my legs. Is that normal? Anyone else experience something similar?
