I tend to flirt with lots of guys even when i dont mean to and that sometimes to leads people on. I don't know why i feel like i need validation by boys and since i'm the only person who really acts like this, is it normal?
I'd say normal. Who doesn't want to feel attractive? No, it doesn't mean you'd fuck anyone and everyone (might be in your case).
Doesn't seem like people see a difference between flirting and wanting to fuck.
I'm also someone who apparently flirts unintentionally, it's just my personality and I'm not aiming to flirt but it's the impression people get. So you gotta be careful not to lead people on, it's not fair on them.
It is perfectly normal and generally from self esteem issues. Try gaining some confidence and you won't need anyone's attention especially in that way

Try to feel better about yourself and not need so much desperate attention. If you have a bf and still flirt with other guys, he's not lasting long. I dated a woman like that. Really liked her, we did well together, but..She was always either starting conversation, or certainly not preventing other guys from talking to and flirting with her, to her return. Started to piss me off, and one night, she was complimenting a bar guy's tattoo, saying "I like your ink", in this breathy, sensual voice.
I put up with it for a few minutes, then told her.."Great. Then let him pay the bill and take you home". That ended that.
She didn't, was still with me. I just wanted her to know, this shit doesn't fly with me. If you're so into his "ink", then, let him pay for OUR dinner and drinks, and get your ass home. Believe me, I was already reaching for my coat, and prepared to leave her ass there.
Understood..Just wanted you to know, guys don't like it and will leave you high and dry. Or, do the same to another woman when you're around, making you look like a fool..Funny how this woman I dated was ok with flirting with other guys when I was with her, yet, I mention one female name from my business group, and it was so, you're finally fucking (fill in the name)? Is she good? Women need to realize..Good for goose, good for gander. We can bring out our male pig sides without even thinking about it..

Some people are flirty which can be fun and harmless, but can be a relationship killer if your partner doesn't like it.
