Is it normal that i find a saying/quote i like but it's from a bad source?

"Everyone has their own opinions and everyone is entitled to voice them. But make sure your back yard is clean before you judge your neighbour’s." If that was from anyone else, it would be one of my favorite qoutes, but it's from a child-beating piece of shit's Facebook page. I have a mental life and there is a sentence that I would call one of my favorite qoutes about subjective reality (mental life) but it's from a cult. I told my friend who works in retail about a little saying she could pretend to say to asshole customers. It's "0-that's how much I care about your feelings" but it came from the wbc website. is it normal to find out-of-context qoutes and sayings that would be in my favorites if it wasn't for where they came from?

Yes, what LtDan said. Those are just reposts. The true source is probably a much nicer/better person :)

But I know how you feel.

"It is always more difficult to fight against faith than against knowledge"
At first I was like: Cool :D
But then I was all: ...Adolf Hitler.

I love Oscar Wilde's quotes. But he said people who use other's quotes are lame :(

Who cares where they come from? If there's good there's good. There's a lot of quotes from the Bible that everybody uses and not all are believers.
