Is it normal that i feel panicky and sad after something big is over ?

When something big like exams are over and I can relax, I feel even more panicky and depressed like I've been holding it in until after exams or something. I should feel happy but don't, I don't know if this is because I'm an anxious person, but I have been feeling very anxious about my weight lately too which doesn't help.

Am I depressed or just stressed out?

Try some physical activity (run, bike, swim). Just sounds like you've crashed a bit after some situation-specific stressor.

Sounds like yoo just hold in the stress until yoo feel it is safe too feel low, if yoo are worried about depression get too the doctors, they do a questionnaire that determines whether or not yoo are depressed so it is worth checking (: x

Just get some more sleep and watch some TV and you'll get over it.
Low-energy activities like this where you're essentially 'doing nothing' will give you the feeling that "it's really over."

If that doesn't work, then get out - some people need a change of environment.

Yeah, the body is very good at keeping itself going at times of stress and then it lets it all out after the event.
