Is it normal that I feel my physical all day? regardless of whether or not I’m mentally aroused?
This happens in the absence of any sexual stimuli, physical, visual or otherwise. Several times per day, like 15-50 times per day.

    Have you looked into persistent genital arousal? People who have it usually get turned on more than 15-50x a day from what I've heard, but it still may be worth looking at.

    Or you cold just have a high sex drive. If you can enjoy it and make the most of it, it doesn't really matter if it's normal or not.

    I’m pretty sure it’s not an infection. I get tested at regular intervals and I show no signs of infection or disease. I’ve had these feelings most of my adult life. Yes, I masturbate a lot and yes the feelings persist.

    It’s NOT an infection. These are sensations of pleasure. But they happen all the time, even when I’m not thinking about sex
