Is it normal that i feel like an idiot all he time?

I always get the highest level in my class but for some reason I feel really stupid all the time. I have friends and a social life so I don't know what's wrong. I just feel like a total idiot...as if all my achievements are fake, I always find a reason to think I don't deserve anything. Is this normal?

I'm 35 years old and no matter what accomplishments I obtain it I always feel, by smoke and mirrors, it's someone else's.

It's normal, but not very healthy. You should seek help for that so that you can learn to be nice to yourself. I suppose everyone deserves to think about themselves exactly as they are

Broooo We are really same. I get the highest level just like you. Sometimes i just think that i dont understand anything. I cant explain it to anyone. It is a very weird psychology.

Just normal self-doubt. Most of us question ourselves - what we say, why we said it, why did they react that way to it etc. Communicating can be hard and takes ages to become good at. Some people are good at it and others not so. You're clearly not stupid. And noone knows everything, so keep learning about things and you'll have stuff to talk about and enjoy.
