Is it normal that i feel dead inside and show little to no emotion?

I have recently got through a health problem that has plagued me through middle and high school. It was a burden and caused me to go through a wave of depression or so down the road. Now that ime through with I kinda have a jaded view of life. I have been indifferent towards a lot of things and rarely show off any emotion. I'm content with life and in no way depressed.

I think you have what's called 'emotional blunting' which is when someone has a minuscule amount of emotions. I'm pretty sure it can be treated with therapy. I'm so sorry about the sickness :(

My emotions are underactive as well. I make the commitment to myself to pursue interests more aggressively than I otherwise would. It is important to stay active even though you are content to read and work puzzles all day long.
