Is it normal that i dont feel like myself when i see myself?

When I look in the mirror I feel like there is someone in front of me and im just staring at them and it feels awkward but when I look into my eyes, fear rushes over me and I get scared like something is about to happen.

    when i get close to the mirror and look into my eyes, sometimes it doesn't even feel like it's me looking in the mirror.
