ok so I really don't think I'm pretty at all... and my friends say I'm pretty :guys and girls but idk I honestly think they just don't wanna be mean...?

I'm not an attention seeker and idrk why I made an account for this I was just browsing the internet and found this source and decided "maybe I can ask questions of my own"

    It's very normal. Almost all of my friends would say they are not "pretty". I feel bad for them, because I love being pleased with myself. It's all about accepting yourself. (:

    Ya, I think I'm pretty ugly but men flirt with me and my fiancé thinks I'm beautiful so I suppose we're our own worst critic sometimes?

    Ask a child. Children don't have enough social awareness to lie like that.

    But yes, very normal. A lot of people are more critical of themselves than of others.

    Sadly, people will not tell the truth to spare feelings on matters such as this, which is irritating more so than helping. It's not only in person, people online do this also.

    Base your opinion on how others interract with you when it comes to attraction.

    If you like, you can send me a picture and I will give you complete honesty, as I find it annoying that people just can't be honest about these things, and even on here most people would lie to you if you weren't pretty, but I wouldn't. So if you want a legitimate opinion, send me a picture, I'll be honest.

    The thing is, if you are often told you are pretty than you are. Coming from a true unattractive woman, I know that people will tell you to your face that you're ugly if you are. I have been getting told that I am ugly since I was 12 years old. I have never been called pretty. So I am willing to bet you ar pretty, but you just have low self-esteem.

    Is it normal for people to feel unattractive though. It's just a shame when an actual good looking person. No good looking person should have to feel that way.

    Its normal. Although ones that posts pictures of themselves asking if they are pretty normally know they are pretty but do it for attention seeking. You never see an ugly girl post her photo asking the question.
