I don't smoke and never tried but I think the motion of putting a cigarette between your lips, lighting it up with a lighter, taking your first deep drag and letting out the heavy smoke is so cool and badass. I want to try all that just once and promise to stop after my first inhale, it would be a nice experience.
Yeah I know what you mean. I find that smoke, in all of it's forms, is poetic and magical and intriguing. That chemical reaction, watching the flame ignite the tip of the cigarette, and that initial drag off the cigarette as the smoke rolls out of the persons lips.
I think it looks cool, probably not for the same reasons other people do, but it looks neat.
It might "look" cool. but thats all it is. Smoking brightens up my life because it is a distraction that i enjoy. It's also discoloring and ruining the alignment of my teeth while giving my breath a constance presence of foulness.
Above all, my chest will contract sometimes, whether im actually smoking or not. My left side more than my right.
But i dont give a fuck. I need a cigarette and it is legal to smoke it in my part of the world. So, its not just cool - its okay.
