Is it normal that i don't like direct contact with people?

I am definitely not a social butterfly and I dislike being around people for too much. I hate eye contact, physical contact and people invading my privacy, even if it's mean to be friendly. I absolutely love to chat online, though. I could do it all day. I don't know what's the reason for this "phenomenon", maybe it's because I'm depressed or something else... Anyways, I'm curious about your opinions.

    Perhaps you have social anxiety.

It doesn't seem to be the case. I'm just a loner, I think. A weird kind of loner who actually likes to talk. But without people.

I've this um...feeling too. Human body in general is very appalling to me.
I'd rather avoid touching ANYone at all.

It's my opinion that if you continue living like this you will have a lonely and unrewarding life.

Meh, I think constant forcing myself to do something I don't like will lead to very unrewarding life.

I'm no doctor, I'm sure there's lots of possible reasons for this.
Do you get out much? I sometimes dread physical contact, cause I'm just not used to it. Especially if I enter a different culture where people kiss and hug everyone. If you think this could be your problem then avoiding contact will only make it worse, and you should face your fears.
But if it's something else, like if you really have a depression or you were abused or something, please talk to someone more qualified.

I'm definitely not used to this kind of attention, yeah... I think I just need a person to whom I could open up. I was just kind of worried, because people constantly blame me for being "unfriendly".

I think you're on a good way. People need to be more understanding. If they tell you you're unfriendly just because you're uncomfortable, that's not very friendly on their part, is it.

I hate eye contact unless I know you very well.

Yeah, I guess many people have this problem. It's not as serious as people think.
