Shit doesn't matter except in this day and age all you kids are so worried about made up labels like 'cis gender' transgender and what not. Just be whatever hell you want, girly boy, boyish girl, why does it matter if u have a pousay and act like a man or have a dick and act like a lady, I don't care.only mean people care.

While all of these comments might seem dismissive, in this case I think that's the best advice. It's one thing if you've always felt like you were the wrong sex or something, but if have no strong feelings on the subject just take a lead from biology and don't complicate things unnecessarily.

But that doesn't mean you need to let it limit you, go ahead and pursue your interests, talents and preferred sexual partners whether they conform to what society expects of your gender or not.

Just be who you are. You don't have to mutilate your genitals to dress and act how you want. Maybe you're just a tomboy:)

Take a mirror and look between your legs. If your reproductive organs are on the outside then you are a male. If not then you are female.

All of the "gender role" stuff that you're talking about is just stereotypes, really. That's why they're often not true and a lot of people don't fit into them. My suggestion is, be however you are, and don't attach a label to it. Your dad was forcing his beliefs on what a proper woman should be onto you, which is why you're feeling a bit confused now.

Don't worry at all about stuff like how much you conform to one gender stereotype or another, because the only thing that really matters is if you have a penis or a vagina. Just because you act/identify more with the male stereotype doesn't actually make you one. You can act like a male but still be completely and utterly female, and vice versa. That's why we have words like "tomboy".

Be careful with how you use words like "cisheteronormativity", because outside of places like Tumblr no one knows what the heck you're talking about. Try to explain how you feel without using those types of words.

You must be genderfluid!! Genderfluid means you're a mix of a boy and a girl. There's a few more gender types, so if you don't think those fits you, just ask me.
