Is it normal that i don't 'emotionally eat'?
A lot of people eat more when they're sad but when I'm sad I just don't want to eat because I feel hopeless and I feel worse when I eat a lot when I'm sad. Is It Normal?

sure everybody has a different crutch, a different way of dealing with emotions. I used to take drugs for escapism, now I just draw.
I don't emotionally eat, when I'm down or upset the hardest thing for me to do is eat.
Not everyone has the same vices :P I think it's completely normal. Food takes up time and gives my body something to do if I feel numb and have nothing better to do with myself, but when I feel that emptiness there are a lot of things that being me more relief than eating does. Emotional eating just isn't part of my condition either.

I've read somewhere that around 40% of people have increased appetite when emotional, 40% of people have decreased appetite, and 20% of people experience no chance. Of course, 90% of statistics are complete bollocks, but there you go.
People do different things when they're sad. It's normal for you to not to emotionally eat.
When I'm sad I just go to my garage and I exercise for a few hours.
