If you didn't eat and didn't drink other beverages, then no.

I've heard that the breakdown of food yields water molecules. Apparently, it's called metabolic water.

  • Do you just drink other things? Tea, beer, soda, coffee, juice? There is no way you could survive without drinking anythingr at all for two weeks. Drinking just soda or beer or something is extremely unhealthy. I bet you did not feel 100 percent. Not normal and definitely not healthy.

There's water content in food as well. OP might've been eating a lot fruit or something.

That's what I thought too. But still, how the hell do you go two dang weeks without drinking?? I'm parched just thinking about it.

I checked Urban Dictionary. Nice try, though.

      • There is no way you could be alive after two weeks of absolutely no liquids. You must drank something. People can barely make it 3 or 4 days without any water at all.

It would be normal if you ate a lot of juicy fruit. Fruit contains a lot of water though.

Silly you must have had water from some source of liquid or foods etc. After one week of no H2O I'm afraid you wouldn't be able to operate cause' people can't live with no water after one week. Drink water it's extraordinarily important for your body. Dehydration causes many illnesses, and your teeth to fall out

It is normal provide the food you ate contained sufficient moisture. The "8 glasses a day" is actually a myth.

A human can't survive without water (+ no food) for about 3 days or something.

But you did eat. And for two weeks, you could have eaten something moist at least once or twice.
