Is it normal that i distance myself from anyone i have sexual relations with?

I'm not antisocial or a social butterfly. I'm mostly average, I have one close friend and the rest are more like associates. One problem I've come into is that once I have any sort of sexual relations with someone, I pull away. I realize that I'm doing it and I know that sex is the reason but I can't seem to stop myself. I'll be really happy that it happened for maybe a day, but when I have to face them or acknowledge that it did, I become extremely uncomfortable. I won't even like the person anymore. It worries me because I'm completely sure and comfortable with it when it happens, but later, I just want to forget about it.

Why do you think you're ashamed?

I don't really have any idea though. I'm completely clueless. It makes me worried I won't ever get into a serious relationship though.

Ashamed isn't quite the right word. Just like I don't want to think about it. Almost in denial that it happened and I refuse to tell anyone it did. I'll swear a partner to secrecy. I even avoid thinking about it.

What about it makes you uncomfortable? Do you feel guilty, or insecure about how you think you preformed, or something?

Yes, because in the back of your mind you'll be thinking. "I know what you look like naked"..

It happens if we haven't yet had sex and our plans are cancelled. I'm not really thinking that either. Ashamed maybe, but not really. Just uncomfortable.
