Iin, that i'd be much more afraid of prison, than being executed?

My dad always used to say, "if you're going to commit a crime, do something BIG... pull off the bank heist of the century if you must, but DON'T be a tire thief."
Now, I have no plans or inclination to be a criminal. But I've never understood the terror criminals have of capital punishment. After all, we ALL have to die someday... no ifs, ands, or buts. But we DON'T have to end up in a miserable place where you have to win seven fistfights a day just to keep from getting homosexually raped.
Most men aren't that great at fighting, from what I've seen and experienced... especially white men like myself. So why are most guys (even WHITE guys, who run the biggest risk of being punked) so cavalier at the notion of going to prison, but horrified at the thought of being executed (especially considering that modern execution is a joke... a painless injection!)
I mean, we've ALL got to die... right? No disgrace in that. But if you get bullied, abused or punked by your peers past the age of 14, you've been proven to be an inferior being, unfit... a penis without a mission... something less than a man. And THAT happens to THOUSANDS of guys in prison. Is that not worse than dying, really?

    Yeah, Im not a fan of being homosexually raped by a penis with a mission. Im for death too.

    Lethal injection isn't an easy death. Fyi. I'd definitely choose prison. I'd just find me a big dikey gf and deal with it!!!

    it depends. If im going into minimum security for a few months or years because I did something stupid, i'll take the sentence. But if im going in for 20+ years, i'd rather take the needle.

    Well actually, from what i've seen, most men who go into prison who are "bitchy" come out hardened. Prison can make you or break you. It changes petty criminals into killers. Even if you can fight like bruce lee you can still get raped.

    But i see your point. Why would you want to put yourself through that? Why not just take the death penalty?

    Your views may change if you actually get put in that situation. Knowing that in a few short days you will die. Having an experation date on your life. Knowing the exact day you are going to die can be scary.

    So i can see why people choose life in prison over execution. Yes, someday we all have to die, but it has got to be painful to know the exact day. Also, not all prisoners get raped or beaten. Some prisons are just worse than others.

    No matter what happens to me; I can move on, live another day and hopefully meet a great girl before I die. That is of course unless my life is ripped from me in way so insignificant and trivial as a lethal injection. Terrible way to go. That's why I'm scared of it.

    Who would want to spend time locked in a jail cell being raped for an eternity vs death? The choice seems to be simple.
