Is it normal that i cook my pancakes mostly on one side?
Before, my pancakes kept breaking apart and losing fluffiness when I'd flip them half way through. I used to avoid making them.
But one day, I gave up. I cooked it almost entirely through, only giving it a 1 minute sear on the other side.
Flipping them is so much easier now, and they don't fall (lose fluffiness). There's no mess on the spatula from raw batter, and none on the stove either.
Also, my pan looks totally clean afterwards, because it's cooked on the side with the oil.
Does anybody else do this?
