Is it normal that i care so much about my friend that i would die for her?

Ok, so I've known my best friend (named Hannah) for over 15 years. We've gone to the same school every year and have done absolutely EVERYTHING together (we now go to the same collage). We hold hands all the time and kiss sometimes too. I want to know if it's normal to love Hannah at such an extreme that I'd do anything for her, die even?

Thanks. :P

That's not friendship, that's love. You're so lucky.

  • I just want to make sure that everyone knows that I am a boy and that this is not a homosexual question.

    Friend Zone level: 100%
---you might as well tell her how you really feel, if the kissing didn't give it away, that is.

I'm the same way to my friends....without the homo feelings. (No offense to you or anything, I don't have anything against people like that. I just don't agree with it.) But still, it's very normal if you're really attached to someone. You'll say that you'll die for them, but it all comes down to the actual moment that counts. I only pray that you never have to face that moment yourself. :)

naaawww... i'd die for alot of people just because i care to much. but when me and my friend acts like you say you do we get called lesbians... i'm glad you care about alot about your friend. everyone should have a friend like you.

The only one I'd die for is my son and the only one my husband would die for is me.

That's the way it's supposed to be though once you're married with kids.

Ahh , being male , way too mushy for me . I'd feel a bit creepy being that close to a friend but eh that's just me.
