Is it normal that i cant sleep when i heard any noise even the slightest sound?

Is it normal that i cant sleep when i heard any noise even the slightest sound? ex. ticking of a clock, buzzing of insects, airconditioner etc.

    im the exact same thats why i never open my bedroom window have no ticking clocks and turn eveything off at the socket.

    Yes, that is normal. Some people are like this, and some people are actually the complete opposite and actually need some kind of sound going in order to go to sleep. Many people leave the television going or something just for this purpose (which is a terrible habit by the way!). It probably has something to do with the type of environment a person is raised in. Personally, I prefer quiet, but I have become accustomed to loudness.

    Same way here, try exercising more, changing your schedule, or even some white noise. Something like a fan. ( which a LOT of people i know use, it really does work)

    you can also meditate and tell your subconscious to block out the noises so you can get some sleep. (sorry if that was too deep.)

    yes its normal. its okay to be a light sleeper. have you tried to sleep with earplugs in your ears?
