Iin that i can't focus on my girlfriend when ever we're going at it?

It's weird like I'll be way into it for a second but then I'll either hear somthin in the background or just start thinking. Then I go soft and I can't get it hard again cause I'm thinking about how I'm soft. So how do I just relax and focus on her ? Please help.
