Is it normal that i can't cope up with stress, don't know how to relieve is

I'm always so stressed and unhappy, I live in a town I hate, I'm not living my life to the fullest, and I feel the years are going by and I'm not accomplishing anything.... is it normal? I feel so lost I don't know what to do with my life and I'm only 21....

I was exactly the same at 22 so moved to a major city and loved every minute of the dynamic life. Big lights big city!

Go for it! Move on and get yourself some new friends and have some fun!

Its totally normal - I felt the same way when I was 21 years old.
Your gonna hate this solution but....... the best way I dealt with it was to work towards something and achieve it. Get your diploma/degree/trade in something (that you like/love) and work towards your career. Nobody else is going to figure this out for you unfortunately. It may take some time, but just know that life can take you many places and the first type of career you have is not necessarily the last career you will have. Passion changes, so what are you passionate around right now. If its not possible to get a job in something your passionate about, volunteer - you never know where your decisions will take you :)

And on the opposite spectrum...your dilemma is why cigarettes exist.

Up until recently I was going through this - my life really sucks, but I started taking multivitamins with ginseng because my immunity was low. The funny thing was that they really helped me with the way I was feeling about life. Really turned me around. I think better, sleep better, don't get down about life and have a lot more patience. Try them!
