Ok, so to me this is weird. I can't seem to pull my shiz together and ask out a girl. I'm not a shy type at all actually. When ever I try my jaw locked in place, I wasn't aloud to say "You wanna go out?". I am extremely desperate to see if this is normal, some weird medical condition, or me just being chicken xD

You're just nervous.
When you meet your crush, take a deep breath and exhale softly before you speak. If she gives you a strange look, just admit you're nervous and ask her out.
What if she says no?
What if she says something horrible about how I too closely resemble the toxic avenger?
What IF she actually throws up a little bit right in front me immediately after I ask the question?
And yes all three of those scenarios have happened to me.

I'm sorry you had such bad experiences, but if those girls can treat you so cruelly over superficial reasons, then maybe they weren't even worth your time to begin with.
First thing you should keep in mind that this person you are interested in is just that; a person. Just a (hopefully) normal every day person with basically the same goals and desires that we all have. Just because you think she's the bee's knees doesn't change that.
So, you are wanting to start up a conversation with this person. This regular, every day person, just like all the others you don't have any trouble talking to. Simple.
Do what i do. I just look myself in the mirror and for once i tell myself that i'm not a retard pussy! then i go up to a girl and ask her out. I would approach guys but none of them want to touch me with a 10 foot pole, i guess i am just too unattractive both inside and out. So i have gone Dyke and its the best decision i ever made!
It's pretty normal to get tongue tied around a crush. Maybe you should try writing a note instead, since I'm sure you'll do fine on an actual date. I think love notes can be pretty romantic, if done well.
That's how I asked out my lesbian girlfriend. I was scared of her at first because she weighs over 300 lbs.
