Is it normal that i am sexually attracted to female fashion

I live in a college town and am blessed to see so many young girls in their late teens or early 20s walking around in modern female styles/fashion and I'm so attracted to them. Obviously the summer is amazing with girls loving to show as much skin as possible. So short and colorful dresses that show legs and cleavage, flip flops, sometimes heels or wedges, really sexy shorts, So is the spring though when you have sort of summer styles mixed in with some fall fashions such as hoodies, sweatshirts, uggs, stylish sneakers such as converse, tight jeans, etc. I think fashion just amplifies a woman's existing sexual appeal. That and clothes signal a kind of attitude and convey confidence.
