Is it normal that i am really horny after not having sex for a couple months

My girlfriend is going through some serious shit at the moment, so we haven't been having sex which is fair enough. We've had infrequent sex for a while as well. I've never been like excessively horny and usually found myself completely unhorny after ejaculating, but since the infrequency started, I'm still rock hard after sex and wanting more, which is kinda frustrating because she doesn't. Anyway, now that it's been a couple months I'm going crazy, I'm more desperate for sex than when I was a teenager who would do anything to get laid lol. Right now, I'm literally masturbating four times a day, and things like the feel of her bare skin can make me rock hard. I'm also starting to fantasise about other women, at first it was like super hot chicks and stuff, but it's at the point where I've fantasised over girls I've never even found attractive, I think if I was single I'd have sex with just about any woman. Has anyone else experienced this?

    I'd say it's sort of normal. When you get your hormone levels really built up you can go and go and go a few times in a row or more sometimes. You don't get that sense of accomplishment when u jerk off either, it's instead replaced by shame and embarrassment lol. Maybe that has something to do with it. I always feel like more of a man after getting someone off with my dick.
