Is it normal that i am not attracted to women in this country? therefore virgin

Hi friends, I was born in a different country than the one I live in. There is a major difference in the looks of me, and the native people here. The women here are a bit dark, and small in size. And I come from a land of taller brighter women. I am more attracted to russian women, and tourists who visit this place, than I am to the native women. And I believe this is why I never had sex (20 yrs old male)
