It could be a number of things.
A fast metabolism: Are you drinking things that are high in caffeine and boost metabolism? Are you eating foods that boost the metabolism? Those having a fast metabolism run in your family?

Not eating the right foods: if you eat a diet that is high in carbs it doesn't fill you up and consequently will make you Hungry more frequently. You'd need to consume foods that are high in protein and fibre.

    Do you Exercise a lot?

Parasites or a bacterial/fungal growth like Candida: These can make a person ravenous. A parasite like a tape worm will consume your food and make you lose weight. Which, consequently makes you hungry, etc.

  • Completely normal. Most men don't stop growing completely until their early 20s. If you are not gaining a bunch of weight and your energy levels seem good then you don't have anything to worry about.

  • It's normal at that age. I'm 29 and still have a huge appatite and don't gain much weight.
