Is it normal that i almost cry when something is magestic/epic and proud

I almost cry when I see something that is magestic or epic. For example, I was watching a documentary yesterday about a band of young Japanese women and when they ran through the smoke to fight the enemy samurai clan I just started crying. It was so epic. Another one was when I saw a documentary about a lion who was abandoned at birth by his family for some reason but he fought his way into another pride and became the leader; then his pride met up with his original pride and he was like "Sup brah. Whasap. Look at me now, brah."

I think it's the whole making something of yourself from the dirt and also about defying the odds.

Does anybody else cry at these things?
