I can't fucking stand rap music. It sucks major ass. Doesn't matter which era we're talking about, it all sounds like crap in my ears. The fact that this disgusting shit is the most popular kind of music nowadays is frustrating as hell.
I don’t prefer it. Mostly bc I’m not a gangbanger who cooks crack. So I just find it hard to relate to.
But who can’t relate to WAP? Am I right?

I don't like it either. I just find it unappealing and unenjoyable to listen to.
Even though I went through the CRINGIEST ICP phase in high school. 🤮 But, to be fair, it was all about shock value and I don't think I really liked the music, lol.

Rap has never been my preferred music genre. However, I do have some rap songs in my music collection, rap songs I can relate to. I'm very selective when it comes to rap music.
Enter the current Hot 100 Billboard Charts, and I can't even find a single rap song that I'm willing to download and add to my music collection, except for 'Rockstar' by DaBaby.
It’s normal to have preferences on genres of music. Your intense hatred of it just seems like you are trying to make a point of how ‘unique’ you are for hating things that are popular/trendy.
