To start, I'm a senior in high school who's quite tan with nearly black hair and eyes, and I'm 5'3". I do wear short skirts, but you can never see my ass in them. I also wear short shorts, and you definitely get some butt cheeks in those, but not nearly as much as what I see a lot of girls wearing. I don't wear any crazy low cut tops, but I do wear a heck of a lot of shirts that are at least a little cropped. It's not like I dress like this all the time, my school does have a dress code (even though I break at least twice a week), but I don't feel like this makes me seem slutty.

I'm in the top 6% of my class and people know me as smart, though the people I have classes with also know I can have very dumb moments. I'm a little shy until you get to know me- then I'm sweet and talkative. I don't really ever text guys but whenever they text me I'll text back, and every time the flirting just becomes "send pics?" and I'm sick of it. I don't get why guys don't want to do anything more with me than have a sexual relationship.

PS. I've never dated anyone or even kissed anyone (and I'm 18)

    It doesn't matter if you're in the top 1% or the bottom 1%, guys in high school are practically breathing their hormones.

    It's probably because of how you dress, in all honestly.
    You can dress however you want, but as always, people WILL make assumptions about you based on that.
    That's life, for everyone. I don't like it either, but that's how it is.

    In high school lots or people's hormones are running wild. Its not an excuse for sleazy behavior though.

    That actually is weird, if you were slutty or super flirty I'd get it.
    Maybe you're just talking to the wrong guys, back when I was in high-school all I wanted was a relationship, not sex but back then I was shy, and socially awkward to the point my school principle thought I was gonna turn their school into columbine, so I didn't talk to many girls. Maybe it's the same issue the guys who want an actual relationship around you are too shy. Try talking to them.

    Yes unwanted attention I have same problem but not just from male students other men on train or bus all because I wear mini skirt and black tights but my choice as it is yours if you don't want to be used just tell them to piss off
