Is it normal that grown women make vision boards

To me it sounds like something high school girls would do, but is it normal for grown 20-something women to cut out pictures in magazines and paste them on a board called a "Vision Board" in hopes to make their dreams come to life? Money, Marriage, Cars, Job etc.

    I think the point is to encourage yourself to do it, not believing making the board on its own will magically make your ambitions reality. They sound pretty normal to me.
