Is it normal that everytime i eat/drink something i rinse my mouth out?

I rinse my mouth out several times with water to get rid of the taste. Then I'll pop in a mint. Cause obviously if I've stopped eating/drinking something, that's because I don't want anymore. And if I don't want anymore, then obviously I wouldn't want to taste it anymore either.

And that's my procedure after eating/drinking anything. Just wondering, is that normal?

So if you drink water, then you wash your mouth with water? And then you have to wash your mouth after that?

Normal. Rinsing your mouth out after you eat gets rid of sugar and food particles that can eat away at tooth enamel.

Oh my fucking goodness. My father does this all the fucking time. It's the most annoying thing. I don't pay too much attention to it, but to me, it's annoying. It's normal, though.
