Is it normal that every time my boyfriend and i fight my right hand hurts?

I know it may sound strange, but every single time my boyfriend and I have fought or he has just made me really sad, my right hand starts to hurt. We've been together for almost 2 years and this only happens when we fight and I get upset or cry. It's only my right hand, and its not like a "owch I think I cut myself" kind of pain, its just really uncomfortable and numbing and it sort of feels like I lose circulation for a few seconds... I haven't told anyone because even I think it's weird. Help?

    You seriously should see a doctor. Pain or numbness in the right hand or arm following a stressful encounter could be a sign of heart attack or stroke.

    I'd just like to clarify, no I do not hit him, slap him or give him hand jobs. I'm being serious here people. I'm not really worried about it as far as my health.... I just think it's really weird.
