Is it normal that even when i feel fine i still want to cut?
I have depression, and a history of self harm, but sometimes even when I'm not depressed, I feel like hurting myself. I'll just be casually sitting around and then suddenly I'll get the urge to cut. This is nothing new for me, it's been happening since before I was diagnosed with depression. But if you could give me some advice, or relate, I'd love to hear from you.
