    Chamomile tea makes me need to pee more because of its diuretic effect

    Yes, it's normal because Chamomile is known to be relaxing. Have you ever tried Kava Kava?

        It's good stuff. Catnip makes good tea too but contrary to popular belief smoking it does nothing.

    How does wine make feel, exactly?

    I'm going to assume you mean they both make you feel sleepy. That would be normal, as far as I'm aware.
