Anytime I’ve cried you can hardly tell I have. I never get all red or puffy eyes that people often say comes with crying. And I also only shed like one or two tears at a time.
One or two tears wouldn't make you red & puffy, that's caused by prolonged crying.
Some people cry a lot, some never and some only a little bit - all normal
sounds normal to me , every parent at sandy hook was all shits and giggles the next day.
Sometimes I am in deep suffering and it does not show on my face. I just look empty-eyed.
I guess you just aren't as sensitive to your emotions. I don't cry much, and when I do, it's also hard to tell.
