for some reason i think a lot of weird and crazy stuff happens in Florida more than any other state
Fla is located at the apex of the Bermuda Triangle, so one would expect a lot of strange stuff to happen there. Never mind it's populated by snow birds and Republicans, who want to put yet another Bush in the White House.
yes. i know one place in florida like that is Panama City Beach from what my brother and friends told me.
I think that reputation is at least partly due to the fact that for some reason people tend to imagine it as smaller than it is. But it's actually the third most populous state, after California and Texas. So alot of craziness is bound to happen there, just for that reason.
But even so, it does seem to get more than its fair share.
Florida is a good spot for crazies. There are lots of illiterate twisted workers that pick Oranges. Heaps of nudist resorts for randy characters. And that larger than life personality, Mickey Mouse, urging you to abandon rationality and wish upon a star.
You can travel in Europe, but you can abandon your clothes, your good sense, and your inhibitions in Florida. No wonder Florida is so wet, wild, crazy and fun.
PS. It is rumored that the orange juice is good too.

I once found a used condom on the ground at Disney Land. I guess people have to do something while they wait in those long lines.
