Is it normal teenager misunderstands when i try to be helpful

she is 19 and I need to help her and be her best friend.but she gets very upset when I try to tell her how she should do laundry bathe the dog how she doesn't drink enough water and how she should spend her time.she also gets very tense when I keep coming in the room try to get her attention by repeatedly calling her name slamming the door and leaving.

I also want a minute rundown of her plans for the day and she gets very upset.I don't want her driving, I think its best if I take her everywhere if I feel like it. I am screening her calls and almost threw all of her new clothes out which she was furious about because I decided to break into her room and re-clean it after she cleaned it and didn't take the trash out because she was taking a break.I mean she did an ok job but I always feel the redo everything she does so it will have my perfect touch.

I also try to start to conversations like who was that middle aged man that hugged her the other day and why was she talking to him. she won't talk to me when I play fifty questions which gets me very angry and we argue which bothers her a lot. she seems unhappy and wants to move out.

    Okay, I'll take a guess: This teenager is YOU and you're pissed at your mom. Now you posted this pretending to be your mom and want everyone to say what a bad bad person she is.
    It's time to grow up and move out.

      nah not a troll post, lots of well meaning moms overdo it. And then get all nutty when the kids need their space and want to be independant. Mom needs a hobby making numchucks or some friends or a bookclub or something.

        Nobody talks like that. This is an angry kid aping her mom. It's the written equivalent of an ugly crudely drawn portrait with a big arrow saying "this is you".

    I hope this is a troll or maybe its that dog that talks in that other topic posters dreams. I could see a dog being this needy but this OP doesn't even say what his/her relationship is so I'm leaning toward it being the dog. That dog washing part is probly the key to this whole mess.

    She's normal, you're not! I hope this is a troll, I really do, because you're basically undermining her independence. It sounds like you're clipping her wings and suffocating her.

    The only normal part of your post was the part where you were asking her questions about hugging some middle-aged guy.

    Most young people start driving themselves around at 16 years of age, and I think it's ridiculous that you don't want her to drive herself at 19. When I was her age I had already had my first job in radio working in the research department of a local radio station. I think what you're doing is hurtful to to your daughter, and will most likely cause her to pull away and distance herself from you.

    She should be allowed to be a teenager and have a life
    so what if she wants to date older men, she is age 19
    let her wear what she wants as long as it won't cost her
    a court fine and be considered gang like or hatred with
    a ethnic slant..
    Your screening her calls, hell get with the program
    tell her I'm age 48 , Single white male I would marry
    her than all your worries would be over, she could have
    all the friends she wants both male or female and i don't
    care what she does as long as she doesn't get into drugs,
    drinking..
