Is it normal stepdaughter took dividends out on a policy i pay for

My wife got it for her and I pay for it.Its in her name and we are the beneficiaries in case she dies.My stupid stepdaughter took dividends out because she is very broke and she wants to leave. I am furious at her because now the insurance is 12 bucks more.can I sue can I have her arrested.she almost had a job but then I talked her boss and he fired her.

    I don't know what kind of policy you purchased for her but if it is in her name, she has legal right to do what she wants with it.
    If you are making monthly payments like some life insurance policies, and you stop making the payments, the insurer will cancel the policy and apply the defaults listed in the policy.
