I lock the door to the garage in case any of my family members become curious.

    I have a special me time. Every month I get a day to be by myself, with no one to bother me. I even turn my phone off. If I don't get a special day for myself, my entire life starts to crumble.

    You might be breaking some boundaries by keeping your family out of your "private time." You should always include your family members. You will feel so much better afterwards by including them on your secret affairs....
