Is it normal song sounds different?

Something odd happened. I can't explain this well, but I was listening to a song I like and it sounded much different yesterday. The general tune was the same, it just sounded slower and the bass was all off.

At first I thought the file was corrupted, that's how 'off' it sounded. It still sounded 'off' today, so I looked up a Youtube video of the same song. The thing is, the songs were the same! The video sounds just as 'off' as the song, so it's not a problem with my computer.

Every other song sounds normal, it's just this one. Why is this? Is there something wrong with my hearing or something?

Ben has found your computer. He drowned, but then got locked in an Ocarina of Time N64 cartridge.
He then leaked into a guy's computer, and went on to use the internet to spread himself.
I wouldn't be surprised if your mouse moves by itself sometimes, files corrupt, he'll then open notepad and start typing to you.
    You've been warned :)

    • Spoopy.
Too bad I don't have Notepad, though.

I've had this occasionally, I always listen to music on the same headset yet very occasionally certain songs sound almost off key or like the bass is in a different pitch which clashes with the rest of the instrumentation then I'll listen to it again and it sounds as I remember

    • Thanks for the reply. How long does it take to go back? I have found a few more songs I enjoy that now sound very off, so much that they sound horrible and I can't listen to them anymore.
