Sometimes I get over excited/ nervous meeting someone my heart will race! The other night I felt a bit nauseous because I was so excited chatting to this awesome person i just met last week! Is this normal? Its a bit annoying actually

    Well there are pills called "Xanax" , if it's bad enough a Dr can assist you with a prescription.
