Is it normal to sniff the crotch of your own undies each and every time you take them off. I have to admit it turns me on especially first thing in the morning when I have slept in them all night!

    I had a girlfriend that used to do this but it didn't turn her on. She just did it to check that she didn't have any probs down there. She was/is very hygienic.
    Funny you should get turned on by your own smell...it's been proven to turn men on and even increase their heart rate.
