Is it normal sleeveless tops/t-shirts most attractive on a girl?

My boyfriend has mentioned on more than one occasion that he finds girls in sleeveless tops (tank tops)/T-shirts more attractive than girls in strapless tops because they 'leave more to the imagination'. WTF?!

I think this is incredibly weird, and the sort of attitude that a Barlow Boy would have.
Admittedly, he's not the most conventional of boys (he's quirky and slightly feminine in a lot of ways, although I don't think he's gay), but I still find this bizarre.

Even though he's not that keen on them because they show too much for his tastes, I'm not going to stop wearing boob tubes. Besides, EVERY girl wears T-shirts, right?

      I find them more comfortable than strappy tops because there are no straps.

      When I'm not wearing one uncovered, they're also great to wear under really low-cut tops for a pop of colour and a bit of public decency.

    Tube tops are nice but they can squish your boobs down weird. It's just preference. I don't think him liking tanks means that he hates tube tops so stop caring.

    Haha boob tube shirts are absolutely trashy... They look horrendous.

    I ever see em on 13 year olds white sluts and 13-46 year old obese black women. It's a fact.
