Is it normal sister trying to be superwoman after having twins

so my sister just had twins. It was a very complicated c -section. I was there most of the time when she was in labor.she is trying to do everything when she obviously can't. I am really worried she is going to hurt herself trying to do stuff.She was told by the drs to take it easy.We try to help her,she gets frustrated.how do I help

    Remind her she just had major surgery. And don't ask if she wants help, just do it for her. Ie, laundry, dishes, cooking, etc.

    New mothers are often like this. They don't want to feel like they're a failure as a mother, and they don't always realise it's not easy and it's ok to ask for and accept help. Especially with multiples.
