Is it normal sinus pain everytime air is cold

I always get pain in my nose and sinuses when im outside and im breathing the cold air. It doesnt have to be super cold for this to happen. The pain feels like tingling in my nose and pressure in my sinuses behind my cheeks and I get a sore throat too and my eyes tear up. It hurts so much it makes it hard to breathe deep breaths when I walk a lot so then I get too little air in my lungs and exhausted. Should this happen everytime its chilly?

Yes it's normal and this shouldn't happen, you need to see a doctor.
