Is it normal she is horny on her period?

Saturday she go out with a female friend. Sunday she inform me she have gotten her period (and she go out with a nother female friend). Monday evening she is EXTREMLY horny and when i ask about her period she says it is a "low intensity" period.
She is usualy not into sex while on period and it is weired she was SO horny. More then normal, more than period times for sure...
I also didnt notice any sign of period during the sex.
It's just strange for me and i dont know what to think.
She never get so horny at this times.
Is it normal?

    I have a theory. The period pains accummulate a lot of frustration that needs to get out somehow. Some people use sex as a way to relief stress. That's why your wife gets horny after her period is low or almost gone, when the pain disappears and she can "use" her vagina again. It's like when I'm having excruciating stomach pains and after they're gone I can drink beer to relax and relieve all that frustration I've been through. I hope it makes sense.

    Just take care of your woman and her needs. That's what matters most.
