Is it normal sean penn is a giant douchenozzle?

OK so I thought Sean Penn did that interview with El Shorty to set him up with the cops. No, he actually just wanted to do an " edgy" story and didn't particularly give a crap if the murderer-pimp-drugdealer went to jail. He seems incredibly arrogant about the whole thing even bragging about making the proper facial expressions in photos with this scumbag. I never liked Sean Penn especially but now I wanna high five him ... In the face...with a chair.
