Is it normal romantic thoughts make me sneeze?

Ok, I realise how utterly random this might sound, but I absolutely swear I'm not trolling, serious question.

If I have romantic thoughts (anything along the lines of being kissed, having romantic compliments and affectionate moments)... I sneeze.

Fortunately and perhaps weirdly, it doesn't happen when I'm actually with a guy for real (thank God), but it happens quite a lot when I'm alone and a romantic thought about a guy crosses my mind.

Is this something that's common? I've never heard of it before so I'm assuming it isn't.

    I remember reading that there was a condition where sexual thoughts / arousal triggered sneezing. Perhaps you have that.

      Maybe, although it's not even necessarily sexually arousing thoughts, it's more the soppy romantic ones haha

    A bunch of years ago people were on a medication, I forget what for, but it finally came out that Everytime they would sneeze, they would also orgasm.
