Is it normal restrictive diet makes it hard to have a social life

I only eat ONCE A DAY. I found it in the bible so it much be ok.My regiman includes hundreds of vitamins organic peanut butter, burnt ,monsters,(the energy drink) hardboiled eggs that are green on the middle, lukewarmwater crackers margarine and vegan clear broth. I only eat meat if it looks charcoal because that means all the bacteria have been burnt out of the food.The way people eat esp my one coworker makes me disgusted.She is gonna get diabetes or shorten her life because she actually enjoys eating all kinds of food in moderation. She looks at me like I am crazy when I tell food is only for nutritional value it isn't supposed to have flavor or taste good. Flavors and any kind of sauce cancer.How could anyone eat bacon,cofee or chocolate or anything with several kinds of herbs salt in spices. I am a double zero and am so healthy I never have to wear a coat.

    I don't want to make this too long, but only eating those foods is NOT healthy. You need to be eating a variety of vegetables and fruits! Other healthy foods include whole grains, legumes, and nuts and seeds, and lots more! You don't have to restrict yourself!
    Just because something is in the bible doesn't mean it's good. The bible has lots of things we do not consider okay, like incest. God is the one we listen to, not the bible word for word :)
    Also, I really reccommend you stay away from those monsters and all energy drinks. They are absolutely terrible for you :)
    And about the cancer: meat is actually labelled a carcinogen. Processed meats are up on the list with tobacco and cigarettes as cancer causing. (I don;t want to scare you either, but the burnt stuff on well cooked meat and stuff is acrylamide, and it can cause cancer).
    AND spices are healthy! Of course lots of salt isnt good, but most herbs and spices are very healthy, like turmeric for example is considered a superfood!
    Margerine is not healthy, it is usually just hydrogenated oils (and oils are not good for you). Butter is not better. It's okay to have it once in a while but don't have it as a staple in your diet!
    It is way healthier to be eating whole foods to get your nutrients than from vitamins!!
    Also, thinness is not a good way to determine health.
    So please, do lots of legitimate research before tweaking your diet so drastically!! I have had experience cutting my food choices so low like yours, and it ruined my social life and I also couldn't believe how bad others eat (actually I still can't with some people haha).
    I really just want to help you because I've been there, and what you're doing is awful for you physically and mentally :) <3

    Don't trust everything the Bible tells you. The Bible says that you should kill everyone who is not a Christian, and I don't think that's ok, despite being in the Bible.
